Feast Table

This Feast Table is made from Monterey Cypress and Douglas Fir, milled from naturally wind-fallen trees and air-dried. The end grain is sealed with beeswax from local wild bees. The table is hand-planed, with tool marks still visible; shallow bowls are hand-carved into the surface. The table is unfinished and intended to develop patina with age and wear; it comes with a small hand plane to shave away happy accidents and spills.
